Support Services

Your corporate-level team members have access to AccessVia Customer Support through the Application Services Support telephone line and e-mail. Calls and e-mails are tracked by our Support Lead and routed to the expert best suited to troubleshoot your issue. For clients who authorize us, we are able to log into your system via web-conferencing tools, a powerful advantage in the problem-solving process. We offer two levels of support for your organization:

Standard

Our Standard Support Package provides support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding AccessVia holidays. Daily rates available for support during selected holidays.

Unlimited 24X7

Our Unlimited Support Package provides support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
