We know our tools better than anyone else. Our methodology has been honed through hundreds of successful implementations and guides you through every phase, from discovery and launching your project to managing your first store pilot or full chain deployment. Our experienced team is there to help and will lead you in designing your solution based on best-practices in publishing, messaging and store execution. You'll also get comprehensive support and training to guide you every step of the way.
Design
Nothing happens in a silo! With a cross functional team collaboration on creating a plan and gathering and agreeing on requirements we are ensured success. Following the onsite kick-off meeting the AccessVia team will spend time with your project team reviewing application concepts, user functionality options and sample sign designs. We will also meet with your IT team to define the specific data for integration and to help you size and plan your hardware and infrastructure based upon the requirements documented during the meetings.
Develop
Now the real work begins! The AccessVia team begins to configure your application based on requirements while you stage hardware and integrate the data required to populate the signs. While the IT teams are busy with the infrastructure and application the Designer Workshop / Training will take place where your templates will be created based on business requirements and we'll work with you on testing scenarios for end user testing.
Hardware set up, templates designed, application installed - we partner your QA team with the AccessVia QA team to go through rigorous end user and scalability performance testing and provide draft training materials for you to personalize based on your training methodology.
Deploy
Ready, set go! Change is sometimes difficult to manage so we recommend that you begin deployment in a pilot or model store to refine the new processes and ensure user acceptance. During this phase we will provide support as well as chain wide rollout best practice recommendations for deployment
